Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 250 g butter
- 200 g flour
- 10 g baking powder (1 packet)
- 2 vanilla
- 6 apples
- 60 g sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Eggs
mix to successively add the sugar and the butter - until a homogeneous
mixture. Baking powder and vanilla are added to the flour and sifted
through a sieve. So sifted flour is added to the egg mixture. 2/3 of the
resulting egg mixture is poured into an oiled tray and put cement in
the preheated oven for 20 minutes at 150 C. The apples are peeled and
grated. Sequentially them add sugar and cinnamon. The resulting mixture
is spread on the already-baked base. On apples grated rest of the egg
mixture to which is added to flour to produce a medium soft dough. Cake
bake again to pink at 150 C, only upper oven. Cake is cut after full
cooling. Before served cake sprinkled with powdered sugar.
