Ingredients


1 tablespoon unsweetened almond butter
1 large ripe banana, peeled and frozen
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Optional Add-ins:
Cacao Powder
Maca Powder
Ground cinnamon
Spinach
Blueberries(or fruit of choice)

Instructions
