Ingredients
- 3 pre-cooked chicken breasts, finely chopped
- ½ cup pecans, finely chopped
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup mayo
- 3 T. stone ground mustard
- juice from 1 lemon
- 2 tsp. dried basil
Instructions
- Add pre-cooked chicken breasts that are finely chopped to a bowl. {I poached my, but you cook also grill or bake your chicken}.
- Add pecans, dried cranberries, mayo, stone ground mustard, the juice of 1 lemon, and dried basil to bowl with chicken.
- Mix together and serve on a piece of butter lettuce.
