Naturally packed full of protein, this Raspberry Quinoa Smoothie makes a really delicious and healthy snack for the whole family!
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa, cooled
  • 2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
