Russian Salad


 Ingredients



2 1/2 cups chopped and par-boiled mixed vegetables (french beans , carrots , green peas and potato)
1/2 cup chopped canned pineapple
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp sugar
salt to taste and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste



 Method


1.Combine the mixed vegetables and pineapple in a deep bowl and toss well.


2. Add all the remaining ingredients and toss well.


3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve chilled.
