Macedonian Musaka

Ingredients

 -  500 grams of minced meat
- 1 kilogram of potatoes
- 1 onion
- An egg
- Half teaspoon of salt
- Quarter teaspoon of pepper.
- One teaspoon of Paprika.
- One teaspoon of mixed dried vegetables.
- Basil
- 200 grams of sour cream.
- Oil for cooking

 
Instructions

 Chop the onion into small pieces. Put the onion in the pan with cooking oil and fry for a few minutes.

Add the minced meat with salt, pepper, paprika and mixed dried vegetables. Fry until the meat turns golden. Chop the basil and add to the pan.
Peel the potatoes and chop into small squares.
Preheat your oven to 250 degrees Celsius. Into a greased baking tin, put one layer potatoes, one layer of minced meat, and a final layer of potatoes to cover the meat.
Pour 200-300 ml of water over the ingredients and bake for between 45 and 60 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the dressing. Mix together the egg and sour cream.
After all the water has evaporated, remove the musaka from the oven and pour in the mixture. Bake for another 15 minutes.
