Ingredients:
– 1 chicken
– 4 tsp of vegetable oils
– 1tsp of white wine
– 2 tsp of salt
– 4 tsp of chili (chopped)
– 5 or 6 cloves of garlic (chopped)
Preparation:
1/ Rinse chicken carefully, cut little by little into the chicken to let the spices absorbs deeply.
2/ Mix 4 tsp vegetable oils, 1 tsp white wine, 2 tsp salt and 4 tsp garlic and chili together.
3/ Rub this mixture into the chicken and marinate about 30 minutes. It is better to do this step at least 3 hours or keep cool in the fridge.
4/ Preheat the oven at 200 degree C before baking 10 minutes. Bake the chicken about 30 minutes and then take the chicken out to spread the mixture again.
Redo this step to let the mixture absorb into the chicken deeply about 3 times. After that, continue to bake in 20 minutes.
Chop the roasted chicken and enjoy with sour meal or salad if you want.
